With only one sea day, today is when we really get
a chance to experience Norwegian Epic. We got dressed and headed up to Garden cafe for breakfast and to witness the beautiful start to our morning. Following
breakfast, we just wander around and snapped pictures.

One major thing cruise ship passengers can always look forward to on any cruise ship is the food. Norwegian Epic has a variety of food options including the main dining rooms and buffet available at no extra cost. They also offer plenty of specialty restaurants that do charge extra as another dining option. Today we had whold day to ourselves, so we decided to go for famous 'Teppanyaki" for dinner. At the appointed time of our reservation, a representative from the restaurant came out to the waiting area to lead us.
Everyone's heard the phrase dinner and a show. When eating at Teppanyaki dinner is the show. Each table has its own chef, and reservation times for the start of a meal for that particular table. After our group got seated around the table and menus passed to each of us, our table's chef came out to start the show.
Watching him slice, dice, and add his own humor, we got a short preview of what was to come with our own grill master. I had the seafood - lobster, sea scallops & calamari and filet mignon - beef tenderloin. We were apparently enjoyed it too much to bother to stop eating and take picture.
Teppanyaki is one of the most popular pay extra eateries on the Norwegian Epic, and after having eaten there I can certainly see why, and would recommend this experience to other folks who plan to book a cruise on the Epic or any other NCL that has the Teppanyaki restaurant.
